Keep a log of your JUMP. We can help you with this.

WHY?

Logging helps your JUMP. It reminds you about the commitment you’ve made, understand what’s influencing it and helps you to see how you’re moving forward.

Tracking helps the movement. Understanding who’s taking the JUMP and how it’s going for them, helps us to encourage others to take the JUMP.

Jump Tool: Log at the start of your jump

Decide to take the JUMP and sign up. This makes a firm initial commitment and start point for your JUMP.

If you can please fill out the whole form when you do - it really helps us out.

Jump Tool: Log as you go

Keep a regular diary that describes how it’s going for you. In particular - what is hard and why? Which shifts have worked? Which haven’t? Why do you think that is? We’ll send you a quick feedback form by email every month of your JUMP to support you with this.

Jump Tool: Log at the end

Fill out the “made the JUMP” close out form sent to you by email as you reach the end of your JUMP. Then decide what you’re going to do next. Completing the JUMP might only be the beginning of your journey...
